Gustee Restaurant’s philosophy

From 2018, the restaurant/bar is directly run by the Golf Club. Lavinia is the head of the Dining Room and Vasile is in charge of the kitchen. Vasile knows how to use quality ingredients from  Bra and Pollenzo.


We offer typical local cuisine with ingredients that arrive from km 0, from farmers who live in the surrounding area of the golf course.


In the summer months, our menu becomes more inviting with fishes and barbeque carried out on our terrace which is right in front of the Putting Green, which means you are having dinner in a magic atmosphere of a golf course.


In autumn, you cannot miss our Funghi mushrooms and our Truffles (tartufi), which accompanies our typical first-course dishes and the tender meat which arrives from carefully selected breeders of the area.


Our wine cellar offers a vast variety of wines produced in the surrounding area.  Especially well-known red wine, such as  Barbera/Dolcetto/Nebbiolo up to high-class Barbaresco and Barolo.


However, it does not mean we neglect the white wines or sparkling wines of famous labels, which are particularly appreciated during the Cocktail time (Aperitivo).


The Golf Club organizes dinners with themes: sometimes connected to musicians, especially pianists who come to play the piano situated in the Dining Room.
