The project is based on solid, long-standing experience in the restaurant industry: the management draws on the know-how of Team OINOS (Turin) and its well-established activities in the sector, with a professional approach and meticulous service.

The philosophy of Chef Daniele Eusebio and his partners is clear – to bring the “experience” of haute cuisine to the fore in a way that is attentive to quality and versatile, capable of adapting to all kinds of needs without compromising on attention to detail. The focus is on genuine raw ingredients, with a careful search for local and zero-kilometre products, transformed into simple but carefully prepared dishes, designed to satisfy both golfers and those who wish to stop and enjoy a complete gastronomic experience.

The big news is the introduction of the pizza menu, with a true Neapolitan pizza chef, for a complete offering that combines cuisine, pizzeria and bar in a single experience.
